How is Chat Bot set up in Elqano?
Pre-requisite
- Elqano infrastructure and application up and running
- Ability to create:
- A bot in the Azure Bot Service and to issue a “client secret” for Microsot Teams
- Upload a custom application to Teams
Check list
- Teams:
- Create the Azure Bot Channel Registration
- Register the chat bot in Elqano
- Install the Microsoft Teams package
Validate
- Teams
- Add the bot to a Team in Microsoft Teams
- Ask a question to the bot
- Directly in a one to bot conversation
- In the team chanel with the
@Elqano mention
- Validate by checking that a confirmation message is sent by the bot
